Unicycles must be pedaled all the time one is riding.
It's where the balance comes from.
Dave is leaning back against the Rev, but it's not powering him.

Dave has been doing incredible things with kites for a long while now.
His indoor Rev stack routine is awesome.
He can be incredibly entertaining.

Strictly speaking, that is not power kiting.
It's kite entertainment.
And damn good too.
