Remember me. CAN'T BRAKE BLADE.

Well here I am again.
Had blade out again in less wind this time and did manage to stay upright this time. Have fitted killers as advised (thanks to all for advise). I may be a bit of a senile old sissie but I still dare not hold the handles right at the top , instead prefering to hold slighty down towards brake lines to give me a bit of brake all of the time.
Until I get my bottle back, and the rest of the gravel out of my arms would it be possible to shorten the brake lines a whisker so that i can hold the handles with my finger over the main lines but still have a bit of easy to apply brake.
Thanks for helping an old git who really should stick to fishing !!!

Sure can. You can pull the line (kite line) further up the line (handle line) and tie a new knot on the handle line. then your brake lines will be shorter. You should really be flying with your first finger above the power lines.
