All i've got to say is... WOW. What a major difference from my cheap ol' MBS ambush... i got this thing for a steal of a deal and now i completely understand what you are talking about when you say "pop"... This is an awesome board! I can't wait to actually use it but from the trucks and just riding it around in the street i can tell it's going to be a helluva lot smoother on the bumpy grass fields i fly in. It's also interesting because with the matrix trucks when i lean the entire board leans that way. It's hard to explain but when comparing to the skate trucks the board just turns different when you lean one way or the other.

I'll give more after i fly it... just gotta get some WIND around here.. sheesh.

Yeah I've been doing a wind dance for two weeks

hahaha man... it's been so long since we've had some GOOD wind here. It's been like over a month!!! I got out yesterday and really put the syn to the test, it was initially 14mph but dropped to <10mph. At the end it was 4mph and the kite was still flyin' :P

It's been a crappy winter so far. It is good some days just to get that kite up in the air
