I remember when I was a kid at Thompson Park, on my skateboard ... fell off on the top of the berm and took all the skin off my waist - t-shirt rode
up. Later on, I fell out of the trees and landed on my back and winded myself ... lay on the ground not moving and mom thought I was paralyzed.
This was before such things as pads and helmets though. I swear
