my dad and his friends use to that with water skis behind a ski boat. I found the plans for the kite once its a wonder any of them survived?

it was like 1950s? And it started by introducing all the riders and where they were from.... i think it was all taking place in Florida... but man i
cannot find it... anyway, the "surf kites" they were flying looked just like this one... hmmmm... cool vid at any rate
