I know this is an odd question, but my new job requires a id and badge to be worn at all times and I need a new lanyard.

I've got a PKD lanyard. But that's the only kiting lanyard that I think I've seen.

This was a couple of years ago with Extreme Kites, I can't seem to find the page where their online shop is.

When I have my P.L. garb on in general public and get asked " Who's P.L. " I cringe !!!!!!
If you don't kite it is SOoooo hard to explain in just a few short words .
I use a lanyard for my pass but I'm not so sure I would want a kite one ?

You could get creative and make it yourself... Stencils and spray paint. Print out the PL pinwheel in a line and get your exacto out. Lay it on a
blank lanyard and shoot some paint at it. Then you can show off your a kiter, and a creative artist who searches for individuality!

I think a lanyard fall under the category of tradeshow swag. If it exists, it's going to be fairly rare.
If you have no luck, perhaps you might consider accessorizing your lanyard with a PL keyfob. The keyfob is a 2"x0.5" rubberized lozenge (I have
attached a picture).
It would be fairly easy to attach to your lanyard with the included ball chain or with a split ring.
New PL kites come with them or a PL dealer would be able to get you one. If all else fails, U2U me an address and I can drop one in the mail to you.

Yea thanks all,
I had A feeling they were pretty rare out there. rudeboy, I think I will probably do that, find a blank one and stencil some nice PL stuff on it.
Wolf, I do have 2 of those actually, but I have never taken them off the kite bags.

most brands have keychains now
you might want to contact ozone or flexi since they had them in the past.

Where do you work, if you don't mind me asking? My job just started requiring that all employees wear an ID badge at all times as well. I would like
to get an Ozone kite lanyard if they are out there. Has anyone seen an Ozone lanyard?

Only manufacturer that I have been able to find with a lanyard in the recent past is Flexifoil (made of two tone nylon webbing)
However, they seem to have switched over to key chains in the past year or two.
EDIT: Piffle..... Rip beat my by 6 mins. :wink2:
