GI Vegas Weel Hub replacement
Grrr.. snowkite season's pretty much done...
so I get out the board and give it the once over and I find I've got a cracked hub. Rideable? probably. skeery to go ride on wonky equipment?
Always! So I need one new hub...
GI online store doesn't seem to sell parts, or less than a set of 4 hubs.
I'd rather not just spend the $50+ to get a set of 4 (and end up with 3 useless for now/aka spares)... unless getting a single one shipped is going to
cost me 30something.
Please drop me a line or reply with ideas.
(wanna know what's crazy? See my avatar? <--- damn near an exact picture of the damage.)

Are you looking to replace a black rim with blue center (as in your avatar) or some other color combo? Or is color a secondary concern or are you
willing to mix/max hub colors like our UK bretheren?
Are the tires and tubes good to go?

need the rim only, any color.
Tires and tubes are good, I'm quite surprised at the breakage. Guess I really did ride hard and fall harder last time out!

Just had to wait till this morning to confirm it... although their website isn't set up for it, you can call GI directly and they will sell you just a
single hub.
You can probably also place the order through your local GI dealer, although I expect it would be a very low margin sale for them.

Indigo- NO GI dealer is left in this state...(Colorado).... I've seen a shop that said they were, but they went under. I'm stoked they'll sell me
just one, but no matter the cost I still have to wait until payday next week.
Phree=you've got a u2u, and you just might be the man.
