No buggies or landboard allowed at Pismo State Beach but North of the Pismo Pier (Pismo City Beach) buggies and landboards are allowed. I actually asked a Pismo Police Officer and he said he doesn't care but then again he doesn't really know what I'm talking about.

BTW, Saturday... weak wind (5-8MPH at best).
