Why not 100 mph
We started in January and got side tracked. Thanks to Peter Lynn we are back on the time line for May at Alvord Dry lake in Oregon.
Basic shape needs a few more strips then cover with foam and fair the surface. Over that comes the carbon fiber coating. When the shell is hard the
inside structure will be removed. A #@%$#!pit will be cut and a bladder from a kayak will seal the pilot from dust and turbulence. Wheel fairing will
cover the rear wheels. More to come, release system for kite, high speed tires and on and on the project goes.  |

Too bad it won't make it to NABX . It would have been nice to see the contenders all going at it in the same place at the same time.
