I'm in the market for a buggy!

Looking fro a good beginer's buggy something used and cheap, preferably something with a seat on it. I am looking to spend around $200 but can go up in price if someone is looking to get rid of something that is good (used flexi maybe).

I saw a couple of buggy's posted on here already but thought I would put up a post and see what else is out there.

I was looking to score something maybe before Wildwood Buggy Bash or if you can deliver there that would be awesome.
