every 1 week or 2 weeks.
A week-long stay at Kitesurfing Camp consists of:
• 7 nights at „Dennis Beach Studios“ with breakfast
• 5 days of kitesurfing training sessions (4h/day, 5-6 people group)
• *5 Yoga classes for choice (2 times a day)
• personal evaluation of your kitesurfing abilities
• advice of a professional trainer (owner of the IKO 2 level certificate)
• evenings of watching the videos filmed during your training sessions and discussing your mistakes
• a DVD with your personal kitesurfing and YOGA photos
Prices:
1 week only 249 EUR ( 100 EUR Kitesurf, 149 EUR Hotel + Breakfast)
2 weeks only 499 EUR ( ( 200 EUR Kitesurf, 299 EUR Hotel + Breakfast)
*Yoga courses 100 EUR per week

Actually, I posted a link here last year titled something like "How to Kite Surf Forever" which was some yoga-type stretching and PT exercises to keep
from getting hurt. (and nope, it wasn't to "Yoga Farm") :wow:
