Total Newbie needs some assistance.
I've been mountainboarding for quite a while now but one of my favorite spots has been taken over and I no longer can go there. The other day I was
sitting there looking at my board (MTS Core 16) thinking I need more ways to enjoy it. I remember when I bought it online the same place was selling
kites.
I went back to the site and looked around. There really wasn't much true information on kiting but I went ahead and ordered a kite. Now I'm not sure
if I made a mistake. I ordered a 2005 Slingshot Wasp 2 trainer.
I've never flown a kite like this. Will this get me started correctly? More importantly will this kite be good enough to use to actually pull me on
my board or will I have to go to a bigger kite? I weigh 190#. I live in the Midwest USA and the winds are very much variable. One day they could be
4mph and the next 30.
Any insight or suggestions you can give me would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Well... as for pulling you... probably not. But seems like you have something that you can learn to fly on. Once you learn the basics of flight, and
the wind window, you can get something larger that will get you what you need in terms of power.

Don't know where in Indy you are, but you might want to get in touch with my friend Kenny Dilger at Indiana Power Kites. I am sure he can be of great
help to you:
