Stall landing an arc
I've watched carls video stall landing.... Only in low winds????
He attaches the safety to a backline, will it work on the frontline???
I was trying it the other day, got it halfway down and got nervous... let it go back up and landed it my usual way...

You mean landing by letting go of the bar? That's not a stall landing ...
Should work in any wind, but IIRC he's (and I have) landing the kite out at the far edge of the wind window, so in higher wind it may blow the kite
downwind - twisting the lines. It's essentially just landing to the safety system, but rather than just crudely yanking the handle you're doing it
with a little finesse.
Secondary leash needed ...!
I don't think it'll work on the front line on the Zero7 bar - no rings there. Should work on Zero4 and Navigator but don't quote me!
Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...

front or rear doesn't matter if you set up your bar that way. A stall landing doesn't unhook anything. You just pull the bar in with the kite fully
powered and it should stall and back down. If that doesn't work, you can grab extra rear line with the OS grips or just a handful of line (wear
gloves) and pull to back the kite down. In high winds, I would be more comfortable flying to the side and flagging the kite.

trim needs to be set to have stall with the bar is ALL the way in . usually this means kite has to be FULL ON, pull it in by the bar and it drifts
back ,,,,works til about 17/18 mph after that kite really is NOT GOING TO STALL WITH OUT REally chokin the back lines, which i DON't recommend.
suicide attachment HAS to be moved and disconnected and any slide ring will do. the slide ring SIDE should be the lower side(closet to the ground) it
will flap almost zero when the tip touches the ground and a smooth release .
as soon as it is released walk toward the kite a step or 2 and it lays down.
higher wind release with rear line slide can have some spinning , settle the kite by moving toward the kite and allowing it to touch down.
CLEAR SPOT down wind is essential if not available. wade out drop in the water. a wet kite sucks and is a mess but a busted kite stops tomorrow's
fun
