She got the job!!!
Kathy got the job that we were worried she'd have to fly home from NABX to interview for! Nine weeks of vacation (July and August) plus Christmas
Break and Spring Break......if there was ever a cause for celebration this is it! The only crap deal about it is that because she'll be teaching, she
can't go anywhere from September 1st to April 30th......no SOBB.....no NABX.
Doesn't mean I can't go though! ; )
Seriously though.....we expect to be taking the office on the road a lot more in the coming summers. Might have to find a place in Seaside or
Manzanita! Definitely gonna help the kiteboarding pursuits that's for sure!
So happy for her.......so very happy!

My son's 5th grade teacher is among 16 at his school getting laid off for next year. More kids, fewer teachers. What's wrong with this. Not sure
any administrators are losing jobs though.

NABX coincided nicely with the Easter Break this year, fingers crossed for next year. I work in the school system too and felt pretty lucky to make
it to NABX without much fuss this year.
Looking forward to seeing all three of you there next year macboy!
