so.... I broke my last deck, no biggy time to get a new board. I have the chance to get a brand new MBS Comp 6, brand new in the sense that it was never taken out of the box even tho it is an older deck. The price is kinda hard to pass up, but I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this board? Have you guys been on one? It's shorter then my other deck, but it does come with matrix trucks and it is a true composite deck, no wood laminate etc...

If you have been on it, did you like it? were there issues? I am a little 'eh about the shortness of the board, but I know I could make due.

flash is the broken deck the one in your avatar? and if so do you have the same pic holding the two halfs?

hahahaha, yes it is that deck, and I haven't taken a photo of it yet, but I will soon!

Knowing you, if you say it's a decent price, it's a great price, so pull the trigger and get it.

Worst case scenario you got a board that lasts one-two seasons and new components for parts!

i have that board and i love it.got it from jason [mbs] out at nabx/sbbb a few years ago.made me a better rider but it can't help me from getting older. 56.

and I just realized i couldn't figure out in my typing whether it is a comp or a core! it's a comp 6. And I had a micro sesh with it today, I do kind of like it, and the price is really hard to turn down. ooooooh!!! I think I found my birthday present for myself! and just in time!

you wear out one deck, and then you jump on another deck.
