Was thinking of building a 3 bedroom Cabin and you would own 1 room for you to use at anytime. with access to the other rooms with notice. And camping
available if needed. You could also reserve the entire cabin for specific times. If you cant come work on it you could add extra $ to offset time put
in by the other owners.
U2U for $ amount.
Right now this is a dream but could become a reality if we get the right people involved

Were you thinking of buying into a share of the property? Like 1 month or 1/12th or more / less? I have enough money to purchase the property but not
enough to tear down the neglected cabin and rebuild.

oregon just seems like a wicked place to live and its a lot like BC in Downtown Portland. the no tax just makes the icing.

We could make it a long term investment and purchase the property, set it up for camping on, then build later once more cash is available.

I heard a rumor of a 1/3 acre for $25K but not sure if it is even for sale. Jellis is going to help me find out about it. He also knows of a few other
properties near by. I have access to $20K and was thinking of getting some people together to invest and use for kiting. Create an LLC to hold the
property and we would all be partners. So we could do a share system so if you put in this much money you would have this much access. As in "I want
exclusive access to the property these specific dates". IF no one reserves, the place would be open for use. Also if some one is there and is not
using all the rooms others would have access to open rooms. We could also camp when others have it reserved and use the common areas if the other
party agrees. It would be kind of a time share but with really relaxed and open policies
