Blade 3 10.5 Depower Bridle

Just wondering if it is worth tracking down a depower bridle for my blade 3 10.5. I have flown it 3 times but it is gusty in Cheyenne, most of the time. I have read the depower works good. Is it worth it or should I just buy a new depower kite. Thanks for any help.

In my opinion I think you'll find that it's a lot of hassle for very little measurable results. You'll end up with very little noticable depower as the kite wasn't designed with that in mind. Obviously people like to try it in order to extend the kites already small usable range a little but bear in mind that the returns for your efforts will be pretty small. You'll probably find yourself a lot happier if you just put that money toward a nice depower kite if thats the direction your going. Of course keeping at least one big fixed bridle in your bag is nice to have to get you up and riding on those 3mph days when everyone else is grounded. Hope that helps:)
