Help for a first time landboarder


I have a 2.5m prism, a 5m tensor, and a pl arc 840. I tryed boarding today and o have no idea what I'm doing, I need help on getting going and even going up wind, I had problems not going down wind without being out of contol. Help plz

http://www.coastalwindsports.com/TutorialMenu.Html is a good (free) place to start, it is geared towards buggys but the basics are the same for a mountain board.
