It was kind of funny to see the smallest guy on the beach flying the largest kite on the beach.
The 16m Vapor seems to be the weapon for beating those super low winds.
The other Photo is from NABX this year.
Did you get out Sunday afternoon?

It is a shame (or a sacrifice) that you couldn't have held out for just a little longer, turned out to be a pretty darn good day. We all put in
around 50 miles for the day.

lol ... grant got a head start for some reason. once passing ken #2, the competition was on. i want a rematch next time.
about you (sean), you being a teamrider, you moved out of the way when grant and I were coming. Block block block. hehehe j/k.
too much fun for a day at Klipsan Beach / Long Beach.
SAT wind was light but still fun. I started with a 16 Vapor and when Grant was ready to ride, i went to the 13 Vapor on the PL Bigfoot+. We drove all
day, and even Bison had a go on the Vapor too.
I have no clue what the wind maxed out at but in the morning it was 5 mph or less and probably only went up to 8 - 10mph. we hit the max driving speed
no problem but i really wanted to go faster. Im a bit glad the wind wasn't up b/c it would be hard pressed to hold back the speed with such a great
beach. open the beaches already.
