He has been threatening us with this post and future posts about "defective kites" unless Flexifoil helps him to "resolve any concerns" about him here at Powerkiteforum.com

Somehow he thinks there is a connection between Flexifoil and this site.

This guy cannot even pull off a blackmail attempt well, so let's all have a laugh together...

No the stainless buggies have not been sold in about a year and he's not going to sell a "defective" buggy for near list, so it's just a bogus ad for the sake of bashing us. He has already warned that the "defective kite" posts are coming next.

He just finished up the exact same ad on E-bay with the exact same buggy but used us here at A Wind Of Change as the defective seller. Same ad, just changed the name to Angus this time. We have our attorneys working on it right now and because he used the exact same ad with the same wording on it to bash another store just gives fuel to the fire.

Unfortunately it will be another couple of months before the lawsuit is finalized in the federal courts - federal because his slander and defamation is over state lines.

The sad part about this is that the dirtbag probably has nothing worth anything right now, so the best we can do it get a huge cash judgment against him and then hopefully put a lien against any assets he may have (I hope he owns a home or some nice cars). At least with the lawsuit, we will be able to get him to stop the slander crap - but we will never be able to stop him from selling his cheap garbage knock off kites.

One thing that will help - or at least not help him - is to stop posting links up to his e-bay ads. Instead maybe list the item number or just tell people what to search for on Flea Bay. That way his listings do not get the added benefit from multiple inbound links which helps his exposure. Every time someone lists a link to his site, it ads value to it for all the search engines which helps increase his ranked listings.

I still can't believe that Flea Bay has not banned this loser...... Persistence may be the only option for that. Continue reporting the idiot and hopefully it will get to be enough of a bother that his account gets banned.

Has any one ever forwarded any of this to Dave Gomburge of Gomburge kites? He has hooj influence in the whole kiting world. And hates this sort of thing.

I contacted David Gomburg. He is forewarding it to John Barressi. And they are looking into seeing what they can do. Lots of power there I hope it helps.

I know John had troubles with a guy selling fake Revs. But didn't know it was the same guy. David says he thinks it is.

For reference as to the frequency of his transgressions, I forwarded you (along with John & Dave) a zip file with 10 PDFs of past sales by JonesBand1998... including the two buggy sales referencing AWOC & CWS. Not sure how soon eBays pulls listings from public viewing, but I thought there out to be a record of this stuff.

Let me know if you fail to receive it or have problems opening/reading the files.
