Kite Therapy

Seems better then meditation
after a 7 hour non-stop kite session with a waist harness and mainly static jumping, i gotta say my back feels straighter and smoother then ever....

What do you guys think, kite therapy for those with back pain=good idea?(not talking about for myself)

also on a side note, managed to sweet out an entire gallon of fluid during this session, become dehydrated and ill. Still best kiting day evar:wee:

Dunno if jumping is good for your back, unless you're touching down real soft - some of my landings are bone-jarring  but certainly, getting out in the sunshine and fresh air and working up a sweat is good for the body and soul

Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...

Na dude, don't do it. Put on the weight and you'll never last thru a 7 hour session. Your motab is high and hope it stays that way. You'll gain later on and then wish you could get back.:lol:

before each session take your time and effort to warm up, thus decreasing quantity of micro injuries on muscles and joints, and muscle pain the day after
