Kite Therapy
Seems better then meditation
after a 7 hour non-stop kite session with a waist harness and mainly static jumping, i gotta say my back feels straighter and smoother then ever....
What do you guys think, kite therapy for those with back pain=good idea?(not talking about for myself)
also on a side note, managed to sweet out an entire gallon of fluid during this session, become dehydrated and ill. Still best kiting day evar:wee:

Dunno if jumping is good for your back, unless you're touching down real soft - some of my landings are bone-jarring but certainly, getting out in the sunshine and fresh air and working up a sweat is
good for the body and soul
Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...

Na dude, don't do it. Put on the weight and you'll never last thru a 7 hour session. Your motab is high and hope it stays that way. You'll gain later
on and then wish you could get back.

before each session take your time and effort to warm up, thus decreasing quantity of micro injuries on muscles and joints, and muscle pain the day
after
