It is a production kite. One of the sail patterns for the New Tech Thunder Foils.... The other two sail patterns are:
Black Sun
Flux
If the specs are accurate, these are going to be little bumble bees (W 42" x H 21" (107 x 53 cm)).
I was just looking for pics of the sale that csa_deadon posted last night.
They also added a wider aspect ratio kite named Mercury in 2.5M, 3.5M, and 4.7M respectively.
I guess they are just late 2010 arrivals.

The graphics are pretty cool, just got them in and they are 2 line kites. Will be a while before I get to try them out. The Mercury is a 3 line kite
on a bar with the brake line as the 3rd line that hooks to your wrist.I asked how they work as a buggy engine and they don't have any info on that
yet, but if I was willing to try them out and report back they would be happy to listen. With some work the Mercury could be converted to a 4 line on
handles or a different bar.
The kites look better in real life than in the pics. The Thunder foils com in a simple little stuff sack and the Mercury comes in a nice back pack.
Appex buggy, Libre hardcore buggies.
Flexboardz. Blokarts.
PKD Century Soulflys. NPW's. Nasa Stars.
A few other less flown oddballs,
Line sets from 10" to 328" or 2m to 100m.
worlds only AQR that works.
North American distributor for PKD.

No debates...
Don't know anything about the Mercurys.
csa_deadon seemed happy with using the Ballistics to start out with.
The Thunderfoils are recreational kites... pure and simple. Just something to bomb the sky and buzz the grass with. Chicken soup on a high wind day
when work has squashed every giggle in your soul.
As long as those caveats are applied, I think everything is cool.
I think you have to pick the activity and find the price point in power kiting. Going for the price point first, and then trying to wrestle to kite
to fit the activity is just bass-akwards...
