Damn guys! This was great. I don't know how to that all of you other then to say thank you. It is very much appreciated. I just hope all works out with the further negotiations with the State. The summer events are over after this weekend we came, they saw now for the writing. Again thanks to all of you, this truely is a great bunch of folks.

Well, I see I am not the fastest finger at the beach....
As you have figured out the tf fund was for Evans, fletcht. And the man got his kite today and was able to fly it. I will have to post a few pics when I get back to the future on Tuesday. It was nice to hear Evans say he didn't know what to say, kind of like a kid on Christmas morning. Thanks Evans, we all are greatly appreciated at what you have done.

No Jeff, sitting in the campground with nothing else to do my fingers were faster. Actually,being by myself is good so no one can see the emotion. Bladerunner, missed you at the beach today. It seems the rest of your Northern buddies made it down. Yes, winds were good for the new kite for awhile. I at least got a brief time with it. Maybe Sunday. Again thanks to all. I really don't know what to say.

Ya know, this is a community kite. Yes, I may have started this round with the State but there have been many before me that I have gathered from. Also to the members of NAPKA it could not have happened this far without an organization behind us. So with that being said I am more then happy to be the caretaker, but any of you that have contributed, attended public meetings, sent letters, provided historical background, etc, are more then welcome to fly it. Just don't get any sand, dust, water, or any other foreign substance on it. But relax have fun. :bouncy:
