PL tube kite proto sighted at SPO worldcup!
at the kitesurf worldcup in SPO, Rolf Van Der Vlugt was sighted riding a PL tubekite prototype (red gray kite) ! second hand info,
but from a good source (the one who builds the best low wind kites in the world :-) )
