actually what I really want to do is find and connect one of those incredibly large clear things to my kite. You know those things that are always
moving through the trees making the leaves move around?

Please be aware that trying to attach a Chesire Cat to your kite is actionable by PETA.
Please refrain from using the phrase "incredibly large" as they are sensitive about their weight owing to a weakness for kettle corn.

A mildly relevant memory:
I kind'a got into kiting with a modified "Sky Surfer" - a little R/C paraplane (essentially a parafoil kite over a motorized, wheeled gondola. I once
mentioned it here in Spring '09).
8 years ago, I tried launching a tiny Mustek digicam in video mode looking off it's side. A gust caught it and it disappeared behind a hill. Then it
eventually rose further back over the hill to me.
When I reviewed the video, I saw that the AWOL craft did an extended touch n go. It was wheeling perfectly straight - and it the right direction -
along the roadway over the hill! It was passing houses and corners, with election signs in their yards - just as if you were in the driver's seat
cruising by! All the while, I was controlling it blindly - just trying to make it appear again! Hilarious! If a car had came by the other way, the
driver would have freaked!
....and nope, I can't find the video anymore
