Can I see somebody soaring like this with an ARC ?

just do it! it will work with an arc. it has reflex, its very stable. just take your biggest arc and run down a gentle slope. feel the lift and glide a few meters. but be careful.. you may risk a full frontal collapse of the kite if a gust hits you or if you run into a wind rotor... (never fly into the lee of obstacles).
although i think a total collapse is very unlikely due to the incredible stability because of strong reflex in the arc profile and the high internal pressure due to closed cells. very similiar to the flysurfer kites.
