Best Place to Learn to Kiteboard in October / November?

Hi there
I am looking to learn to kitesurf in late October / early November. I am trying to find the best place to do so. It looks like Cumbuco is good. I was also thinking somewhere in Thailand. I would love to be a cool place in the world as well as learn. Any suggestions would be great.
Cheers,
Linda

Egypt is nice that time of year.

or Tarifa in southern Spain.

I don't know if Thailand is really set up for kitesurfing...

Hawaii obviously might be a good spot.

Tiree or the Hebrides in Scotland if you don't mind wearing a wetsuit..
