How far is Nahant from Glouster?

I will be near Glouster this weekend visiting my little girl at collage. How far is this from Nahant? I won't likely have time to play but would like to see it.

25-30 miles/45 mins if the traffic is OK. If you get stuck in weekend/shoppers traffic or there is a traffic accident, you're hosed.

If you want to take a look, it might be worth it.... you can always detour/backtrack if it gets too bad.

If you want to play, take a look at the Magnolia Woods Soccer Fields in Gloucester

Sam

Traffic from gloucester to Nahant may be tough if you come down 128 or rte 1. The Topsfiled Fair ends this weekend. It added a lot of time to my commute home from nahant last weekend.

I try to avoid the whole area during certain weekend hours, between construction, accidents, and people shuffling from one shopping mecca to another... if my car were weaponized, the auto body shops in the area would make a killing... on a regular basis.
