Front fork help

My buggy has a front fork that can spin all the way around (rockville I think)

Anybody have a simple solution for this dilemma. I have a few ideas that involve welding and or drilling. I will in the end probably weld something on but for the weekend I was hoping for something easier. I was thinking pvc and cable ties?

Thanks Dan

I think rockvilles answer to this problem was to come out with a short (3-4") piece of square tubing, slightly larger than the downtube, that slipped over the down tube with the siderails off. This short section had a long bolt through it with a locknut, and if you slipped this "up" toward the head stock, with the bolt pointing down, and tightened the bolt against the downtube to hold it in place, then tighten the lock nut, the fork would hit the bolt, keeping it from turning 360. Don't have a pic though, and don't know if you can picture it from my poor description.

Rockville had designed the fork with a stop in it from the beginning, the problem is that you could force it past its limits and make it turn all the way around and after a few attempts it doesn't stop any more.
You could raise up the fork nut and roll a new buggy under it. I have one that now turns all the way around(I use it as a tandem buggy now) it is what it is, a cheep bug.
bob, can you post a pic? I would be interested in the fix also.

The guy I know with the Rockville close by didn't have the mod, so his wheel spun all the way around, too. I saw the mod at Wildwood, I think it was on Rian's (rdavis) old buggy, but I think he sold it, sorry.
