It's Here.
After a lot of hard work by the writers and photographers, the first issue of Land Kiting magazine is ready for download. Here is the link:
www.thekiteline.com/landkitingmag/issues/landkiting1110.pdf
You are welcome to download the file for your own use. You are welcome to print it and enjoy it whereever you happen to be. You can link to the file
from your website. Send the link to your friends.
What you can not do is distribute the file itself via email or on your own site. I need to monitor how many times the file is downloaded and I can
not do that if it is on someone else's website.
I hope you enjoy it. If you have any comments, feel free to email me at mag@thekiteline.com. If you would like to write an article or provide
pictures, drop me a line.
Thanks for taking the time to look at it.
Enjoy.
Mike

Just a suggestion, you should try to get people's names to go with the photos.

Maven - You are absolutly right. I do need names to go with the photos. I am working on a procedure for submitting photos that will give credit to
both the photographer and the subject.
Cheezy - Come on man. If you are going to print it out for the bathroom be sure to print it out in black and white. You don't want something that
will leave colored ink stains. I know...:moon:
Shags - The real credit goes to those who wrote the articles. They busted those babies out and got it done fast. Good job to them.
RipSession - If you want ad space, there are two ways to get it. Either submit something that we can put in the magazine or donate swag for the
writers. The choice is yours.
Of course, this wouldn't be a post from me without a subtle or not so subtle request for submissions. I would like to have the next issue out by the
end of the first week in December. If you have an idea for an article please drop me a line at mike@thekiteline.com or U2U me here.
I am looking for someone who has quite a few different photos willing to throw them in for a photo spread. I'm also looking for someone to write a,
"My Entry into Land Kiting" type story. If someone is willing to do it, I would appreciate it.
I'm working on a reward for those who have submitted articles. I know that success is its own reward, but let's be honest. We all like free stuff.
-Mike
