Well, I've got 2 really great kites for sale and it kills me to do it but with a new baby I hit the water once this year and I just can't see next year being much better so I figured I'd let someone else get some use out of them.

The Speed 2 has a couple of repairs. One was done by Powerzone, and another I'm not sure who did it as I bought the kite used from FredBBG over on kiteforum/foilzone. Powerzone's work is well known and trusted here, and when he had the kite he told me the other repair was solid. I did a mixer test on it late last year but still have yet to test fly it...it rained forever, got cold, then I had a baby, and now I've got a broken leg so it's just not going to get a test flight until the new owner takes delivery. The lines are about 80%. It's got the FLS safety. Also, the bar has a spiral shaped cut through the foam...a line got wrapped around the bar and then the kite powered up. That wasn't a fun day. LOL. The kite has been used plenty but it's still got tons of life left in it. The ring tip lines have been modified with pig tails so when they shrink all you have to do is adjust it rather than swap out with new.

As for the Synergy...it was Tridude's son's kite. It's got a repair that his son made. It's a solid repair. It's got a Best bar with Q lines. I only flew this kite once and really liked it but having spent all my time on Flysurfers I'm not sure I'd ever really get comfortable with the bar pressure. I will say this though, I always knew exactly where the kite was. As with the Flysurfer, tons of life left in this kite.

Like I said earlier, my leg is broken so getting pictures is a little more than I'm up for right now. I've represented these as accurately as I can. If you purchase it, get it home, and feel like I was inaccurate in some way I'll take the kite back and pay for the shipping.

I love my Synergys. Lots of grunt and HOOJ wind range. I flew my 15m in 25 mph winds on water and only felt well powered never overpowered. I could take that kite up to 30+ mph winds (on water) I'm sure. I used to read slackjawed at Action Jackson and Phreerider talking about the winds they flew big arcs in but now I understand. The kites can take it and you can too.
Good for mid to upper teens in the buggy. Not sure of what winds I had but thought they were 12-15 in the buggy in Nags head NC. I went faster each run topping out at 38+ mph. It wasnt' much slower going back upwind either with the bar all the way out.

I wish I could get another Synergy or two, especially a 19m. Maybe this one's for you.

just wondering about the fabric on the speed2 15, is it SA or standard?

This is the only Best bar I've used too and Tridude modified it so I'm not sure what it was like originially, but now it's got the depower rigged so it's actuated through a clam cleat over the bar. Also, he rigged it so you could hook the leash up to any line. I don't remember how long the bar is...45 or 50 cm I'm thinking but I can't swear to it. Whatever it is, it flies the kite very well...plenty of input to the kite but not too much.

55cm carbon composite bar, 27m Q powerlines, leader floats, above the bar clam cleat depower system and you can leash to the front or rear lines.........it was a sweet bar and rigged for ARCs....................I first used it on a V19/13, then the 15m Synergy.....................

I have wanted a 15 m PL since i lost a new 15 m Charger to a wave last February. couldnt locate anything used and ordered a new 15m Charger,Now that is stalled as there are no 15m Chargers in Europe and have toi wait for China to build one...I am repairing bladders on my 12m Tube and Fu$%@ing Hating them and when i get a 15m PL gonna have a Bonfire with all my tube sh*& !!

Mark - I'm thinking of getting a Charger in the near future. I know your loss must be upsetting...if you don't mind (I'm kinda new to this)....How did a wave take it away? Did you have to abandoned the kite for safety reasons? If there's any consolation, I lost a HQ Rush 2.5 to a Light pole at the local high school. Fire department would not get it down because.."This is not an emergency" as they said. I went to try and recover it the next day and it was gone...

I was an eager but dumb beginner,I made four mistakes that cost my kite: 1,light winds 2. in surf 3. expensive kite 4.Not ejecting as i thot it was a small wave bar and i were in deep water and kite fell in shallows with small waves.I saw wave coming but thot that was a small wave thinking no need to ejec.t WRONG !!!Waves are powerful and when you are out side with "pocket of kite" facing wave is alot of force. I was jinxed as my tube friend lost his tube the week before similarly but more powered up and couldnt eject in time i said "I bet PL would have survived"NO kite will survive unless Made of Kevlar Canvass and then it would yank you to beach if the lines held. They are great kites. Great enough that I couldn't put mine on the table for this feeding frenzy. I wouldn't mind trying a 15m charger just to see if the end result still matches me as well as my 15m synergy does.

Yeah i believe i built my quiver least expensive and logical way:You want your biggest kite the fastest turner and your smaller kites more tame: Vortex8,Vortex10,Venom2-13m,Synergy15,Charger19, Now i would like to get the right FS for light winds of 8-14mph.It sounds like a good time to shop for FS as several models are gonna update and everyone selling their old ones to be able to afford the dream kites.It sounds like LIGHT wind is Speed 3 19m.But i dont think it will turn for riding waves?But Ted Bautista rides strapless surfboards on 19m Sp3 in surf and works!But then i hear good about the Psycho4 15m,And then i read FS Model Review and seems like they made the Pulse2 14m Exactly for Kitesurfing waves in the Ocean on surfboards???I havent seen a Pulse 2 for sale? it may be that few people tried or They LOVE them and can not part?? I can say my Pulse 2 8m is amazing, ridiculous depower and gust proof. After flying a Pulse for several months I found it hard to believe that the Pulse 2 could have more depower and soak up gusts better, but it does so amazingly.

The deal with Seanny fell through so the Synergy is still for sale.

Oh thanks for checking ,I already found,bought and been flying my new used 15m Synergy even ripped it nearly in half and i sewed it up and flies fine!Turns as fast as i wanted! Yeah, my parents made me cancel this deal the day before I was to buy it. For a completely BS reason, too. I'm still fuming about it. They hate my kiting thing, and think it negatively affects me socially and limits personal development... just by reading that, I know you'd think it's stupid aswell. It's a very long story. But, oh well. Not a lot I can do about it for the moment. I can only hope such a great offer comes around sometime again.

Come on people, these kites need a new home! GREAT offers here! PL Synergies are awfully hard to come by... everybody who has one wants to hold onto it!
