http://www.besttripever.ca

dude that won that skeleton gold for canada went on some trips in Vancouver / Vancouver Island.

they showcased "kiteboarding" at Nitnat Lake, Tofino.

the one comment that suck out "kiteboarding is the sport that requires the most wind"

last time i checked we didnt compared to other "wind sports".

I watched that.

I didn't post because I was pretty sure it is just another Canadian Discovery channel show ? Do we actually have that much better a Discovery channel? It was there that I got my 1st glimpes of " kiteski " with Corey and " upski " with crazy French Folks.

I took a lesson at Nitinat with Marie ! She is the BEST instructor I have had ! Nitinat is one amazing place !

If you see the show. I could have been the last guy they picked up. Freezing cold and fed up + no more wind. Fortunately Marie got me riding the next day ! That was the day I took to the land and never looked back!
