yup that's it, thanks Kami.
Did the post but didn't check the way it showed up in the forum.
Wonder what the wind was, he's working the kite a little and it is a bigger size.

That moth design with the hydrofoil spars was pretty sweet - wonder if anyone has used a hydrofoil for kitesurfing - seen it used in surfing, but
never with a kite.
By the way nice find on the video - the actual race will be interesting - hard to say who has the advantage in versatile wind condition - should be a
good one that's for sure.
one of the crazy Russians here has a hydrofoil board for kiteboarding. Struggled the first summer getting up on it and was always drifting directly
across the line of travel for everyone with that big metal skeg/foil sticking up out of the water when he lost the board. A buddy that has mad board
skills took it out and rode it and had fun but said it's a whole different ball game not only watching the left/right edging but careful on leaning
forward and back - pretty easy to get a bit too far forward and nose dive the board.
I'm sure like anything just takes a while to get the natural feel for balancing it.
