I was just wondering if someone could tell me why I can't watch anything from Vimeo on my computer. I watch all other kinds of video on here from multiple websites, although I haven't kept track of them all. I can watch the very same video on youtube quite easily. I've even watched other HD content on other sites.
But every time I try to watch a kite video on Vimeo, it just jumps from one scene to the next, leaving out 90% of the content.
I've got plenty of RAM, use Firefox and have current updates on all the video related plug-ins. But it's gotten to where I see that someone has posted a vimeo link, I just hit the back button because I'll just waste several minutes waiting for the thing to 'load' and still not be able to watch it.
As for my download speeds, I get up 21Mbps and yes, I check it rather consistently.

Anyone have the same difficulties or maybe some ideas?

What I do is hit play and then pause it to let it buffer more than half way then hit play again. HTH

What graphics card are you running?

I'm not sure about the graphics card.

I've also done the pause/play thing, but it never works.

I'm thinkin you got a graphics issue. Might wanna try Explorer and see if it makes a diff. if not, it's probably a graphics issue. (Lack of card or outdated?) or missing driver

Update your browser should do the trick.
