I think with the Pulse 2 you leave it on (I know mine lined up dead on with the kite at the factory (hard steering) set up when I first got it.
However, when I peformed my first mixer test on it I did remove it or loosen it up enough so it had no impact on the test - I think that evened things
out slightly but did not move the world.
I recall reading somewhere that based on the design in the Pulse 2 you no longer needed to remove that line for the mixer test but I can't be sure
where I read that and if in doubt, I would remove it since if its off it absolutely has no impact on the mixer test.
