Saw another spot for Mexico Tourism where not only did they show a guy rippin it up in the water, they also had several shots of a guy taking flight lessons. Very Cool...:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

It's good that the sport is being well-received by the media, but I don't understand what huge benefits we'll be reaping if it becomes massively popular... :dunno: Aside from constantly having to explain what it is, it really doesn't bother me that kiting is somewhat underground...

A couple of times I've seen kites in the background accidently on Mythbusters. There everywhere, there everywhere!

I don't think you have to worry about kiting getting that popular on land Seanny. We will always be on the dark side. Not understood even by kitesurfers.

Has anybody ever seen land kiting on T.V.? I was used in a City T.V. tag add but that was just local.

We are lucky here at the moment as the Digital Sports Channel has been showing quite a bit.

It is of the KIte Surfing World Tour,

Has been great to watch have seen 2 events to date.
