I tried a couple of weeks ago with my big foot smooth tires. Not a ton of success. Rian however had Big foot beach runners with the grooves and didn't
make out bad at all. He was doing a lot of sliding in the process of turning around, but once he got straightened out, he was doing just fine.

The best thing I did to this old drafty house was rip out the oil furness and start heating with wood. 7.5 acers of woods and no fuel costs! But the
Tax Man does make up for it :flaming:

hello, just found this forum last weekend, after i ordered wheel parts for landyacht project. really appreciate all the knowledge shared here. was
thinking atv front sand tire (ams blacktail, diamond track, kenda dunerunner) has profile that would work well in snow (single fin x 3/4 or 1" tall?)
anyone tried these? how would they respond in summer conditions? maybe shaved down a little?

Someone posted pics of them a while back and they look like they would work great in snow. kitguru runs with narrow farm tractor ribbed tires on
sand, no side slip allowed on that buggie!

I run ATV tires on my buggy all year and all places. They grip very well-to well!! Haven't been able to try snow yet but I hope to soon. We have to
much snow and no wind:dunno: Oh and welcome to the fun house of kite forums.
