Buying New Lines

My lines are getting a bit stretched. So i want to get new ones for safety reasons. Im looking at this
http://www.coastalwindsports.com/servlet/the-705/Line-Set-4-...

1)which size should i get? (this is for a 15m synergy, and i only weight ~130lbs. small lines=less power? or is that longer lines?)
2)Which brand(manufactor) lines are best?

PS if you know of a cheaper website, feel free to post it ;-)

Those lines are for fixed bridle kites (power lines are not the same strength as brake lines). You need a quad set where all 4 lines are 500 - 600 pound strength.

usually the kite maker recommends a length but Angus at Coastal can help you with that.

Depower Quiver: 14m Gin Eskimo, 10m Gin Eskimo III, 6m Gin Yeti, 4.5m Gin Yeti (custom bridle and mixer)
Fixed Bridle Quiver: MAC Bego 400, JOJO ET Instinct 2.5 & 5.5, Lil Devil 1.5, Sting 1.2
Rides: Ground Industries

We tend to ride 25 or 27m lines and 3m extensions on light wind days.

The Syn 15m came with 27m lines (i think, I can't really remember).

Small lines= a little less power across the window but slighty better power build up with snappier turning. Longer lines= more power across the window, slower response in steering, better ability to get to cleaner winds in tree lined areas.

I ride the Peter Lynn lines. They've had heavy use and have had zero issues. Q-Power lines are great as well but you're not going to get them for the price of those PL lines you looked at.:o

On my site links list on the left, go to Accessories, Line Sets, then 4-line Depower and you will end up here...

http://www.coastalwindsports.com/servlet/the-Accessories-cln...

The Peter Lynn Line sets are first on the list. The 15 m arcs usually ship with 27 meter sets. I have HQ as well for just a few $$ less.

In the PL's I just have the 27's as I just shipped my last 25's but will re-stock shortly. Thanks for looking.
