Flysurfer Viron 4m
Well I went to the lake today just to see how many kiters were out on the lake when I saw Paul from PBkitboarding and talked with him for a while. I
think he saw how much enjoyment I had watching him and the others on the lake and much to my surprise he unpacked his Flysurfer Viron 4m and asked me
if I would like to try it well what can I say I squeezed my big ass into a harness and gave it a shot all I can say is this is a great first kite
relaunches itself all of the depower you could need as well as the 5th line safety. I have to admit I was a bit nervous but this kite had me grinning
right away felt like a little kid. I can't say enough about Paul he was very approachable and I really liked him. I think when I can swing the funds
its lesson time with Paul Ya!:wee:

Mood: They're ALL good ideas. Right up until they become BAD ideas.

Out at the lake the other weekend the FS rep had the 6m Viron out and one of the locals was ripping it up a bit. Near the end he laid down and let go
of the bar and the kite kept auto-relaunching. Not auto-zenith but the auto relaunch was cool. It'd drift off to the edge of the window, drop down to
the ground, crash, drift back just a bit, pop open and relaunch. Over and over again. Seemed to launch with minimal power too - I guess because it
pops up and launches relatively close to the edge of the window?
Still, I'd prefer the autozenith any day but for those LEI guys that don't trust foils on the water yet the Viron will go along way.

getting it back in the air was effortless it just wanted to fly this is good because when I let the wife fly our 1.8 symphony I got alot of running in
to flip it back over everytime she crashed. I realize there are many kite that you can relaunch but the Viron basically did it itself with very
little imput working on the wife thinking about getting one.
