Question about a used piece of equipment

I bought a used Control Bar for a kite that I want to use with my mountain board. The best I can gather is that its a Cabrinha Powerlock Control Bar. I'm guessing its 2004 vintage. Does anyone have any experience with one of these that could answer a few questions for me as I'm not able to find any kind of instruction manual for it online.

No experience with that bar, but....

Cabrhina 2004 User's Manual can be found here:

It's 60+ pages, with a fairly complete section on the bar with pics.

2003 and 2005 manuals are also available, in case the guesstimate on the vintage is off.
