Lake Mojave trip?

Is anyone contemplating a trip to Lake Mojave during NABX. Brian from Windzup just posted on the Utah forum that he had been out there riding and conditions were good. I have been there in my boat but never to kite board and would love to have some experienced friends along.

Wish I could join you at Mojave, one of my manny favorite special places! Wind mostly turns on after 1pm. I mostly ride the playa till 11a then hit mojave for 3-4 hrs then get back to playa for the sunset sessions! Enjoy!............aj

And here I had convinced myself not to take the water stuff. I've never actually been to lake Mojave but last year the wind did not cooperate.
