do you count those inverted spins as a front/backflip 360 or just an inverted 360/720?

@stetson05 the crash shorts are by Bullet, ive had them for a good few yeats now and they've served me well. ive also go some by Kheo which are more
fitted and are worn under like a pair of boxers.
@paintballsk8er theres not alot of diferance between the 2. the differance for me is on the take off, an invert starts off with a kind of frontward
dive over the leading shoulder and a front roll invert starts with a normal 360 take off but after the first 180 just through your legs as high as
possible
