flying in monday

Flight lands 11:00ish on Monday. So between provisioning and the
Blue Man show at 7:00 will the 2 world famous Vegas Kite shops be open Monday or are they closed for the holiday?

It will be good to see you again! I won't be there till Thursday but that's because I'm moving there this summer. Ok tradeoff.
