That is a very generous offer from Kent. I highly recommend you take him up on his offer. The msrp on this kite is $400 but most everyone sales it at the lowest advertised price of $349. If he is willing to match that crazy low price you would be crazy to not take him up on it. One thing I am sure some people do not think about it if you have a question on how to fly, set up, or tune the kite is that outlet site going to be able to help you? Where if you get it from Kent you will be able to call or email to get advise. That aspect of the sale should be worth extra money but he is giving it to you for free so how can you go wrong?
