im really struggling to decide between an Ozone IMP III Quattro Power / Traction Kite >> and a PKD Buster Soufly Power / Traction Kite >>
all i want it for is recreational please help the ozone is bigger but has less stuff with it t also has less power than the buster but the ozone
seems like it would fly better and be better qaulity since the same company makes paragliders really dont know what to do on the other hand the buster
is exactly the oppisite the buster is smaller and it dosent look as good as the ozone but it comes with more stuff climbs quicker to really dont know
what to go for please please help so many things to think about to many kites im gonna go crazy soon

Don't know what else to tell ya. You pretty much sum up the differences in your post.
If you are looking for someone to make up your mind then...
GET THE OZONE (cuz I really like Ozone gear).
Really though, you won't go wrong with either one so maybe just pick the one that looks best to you.

You did not mention what size kites you were talking about in each line. Not sure what you mean by "more stuff" with PKD. PKD is priced really well
to the point that some folks are suspicious of them but quality and performance is great.

Unless you fly them back to back, you probably wouldn't notice any difference. Buy either one. DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!

I think by more stuff you mean that PKD comes with kite killers and a ground stake. Both are needed to do things safe. I am not sure if Oz come with
kite killers and a stake? If not that would be the winner in my book.

Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.

I can not think when the last time I saw Bladerunner use killers was. From amount BR uses killers, the inclusion of killers should not any effect on
your choice.
You can pick up a ground stake for a couple of bucks at home despot.
I think Ozone has the nicest handles, if that helps your choice any.

That said we are back to even. I think the PKD stake isn't a deal breaker. While PKD handles aren't super comfy. If they still have the adjustable
brake kleat that they used to I like that in mine.
I would go with OZ. Everbody respects OZ. PKD gets a bad rap'. Reselling an Oz will probably be easier?
EDIT : Ha Ha. It's true I HATE killers but have come to accept that they are important kit for folks learning on their own. Something you grow out of.
Oz would be my choice ?
