Great Day!

Made it out to the flats today. Flying along... came up over a dune and found a 20ft wide quick sand lake and got to watch the sun from under water till I got to the other side.
Then had the sheriff pull up as I was changing out of the wet body armor, he just wanted to talk himself out of making me put a flag on the buggy. "I think you need a flag on that." How about a 60sq ft one 82 ft in the air? "Ok good point. Stay safe."
All in all it was a fantastic day! 26.2 mph top today.:wee::wee:

Just had to share the stoke:spin:

You weren't the only one to have a great day of flying, Dirtslide, Dusty Sox, and I were out. The wind was shifty and gusty. Our field is six weeks late in drying up, but we still had a great time.

Flag. All vehicles must display a highly visible red or orange
flag when operating on sand (for example, Sand Lake, Oregon
Dunes and Christmas Valley). The flag must:
• Be displayed at least nine feet from the ground; and
• Be at least eight inches wide and at least twelve inches
long

Looks like I got a pass on the color:evil:.

Also this is the quick sand that I was telling you about, The stuff I found had a chest deep 20x50 puddle in the middle.
