Kitesurfing in South East Asia?

I heard there are countless nice places in South East Asia perfect for kiteboarding? Do you know any place? Thanks.

Had a buddy who used to go to Vietnam to kite and claimed it was an outstanding spot. Can't recall the area but shouldn't be hard to find.
