the intent here is to get your heart rate up, so it really doesnt matter what you are looking at, as long as it is stimulating. The reason breasts
probably come up so often is its the most often thing we (guys) stare at. And the most easily findable without us getting into "trouble" with our
significant others and/or co-workers...
So.. find yourself a dark corner, and something "stimulating" and you can achieve the same results...
