There's sooo many....

After extensive research all I have seemed to conclude is that there is alot that goes into deciding what kite to use, also noticing that alot of people bring multiple kites with them when going for a flight...

So I'm hoping I could get some guidance from someone a little more experianced then me.

I'm buying a kite with the intent to buggy asap I know it will take a lil time to get it down before going ahead and tether myself to a kite but now you know my goal, I'm 5'8" tall 140lbs living in Monterey ca with winds here that lately have been averaging between 5-15mph I'm sure it will get windier but that's what I've tracked this month. I've got my eye on the HQ Beamer iv, but don't want to buy a kite that's going fail at pulling me+buggy also don't want too aggressive of a kite.

If you want to make a little drive I am located in Galt and would be happy to let you demo different kites to see what you like best.

The trick is to get a good 3m kite and start getting fly time in. The Beamer is a great choice.

We bring multiple kites because kites have a sweet spot for wind and we always hope to have the right one for the day. Typically 3 kites covers you.

Get flying and hook up with Dino to figure out what will be the right second kite for you and your desires.

Hook up with Kyteslinger to learn how to fly !

Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .

Right on !

Dino can teach you to fly as well. You can un-learn all his bad habits once you see how KyteSlinger does it ! :frog:
