Check front line stretch
Shaggs2riches post about the flysurfer tip collapse brought up a good point to check front line stretch and adjust. I checked it out and all of my
bars were out of tune causing serious backstall with the kite. I had a great session yesterday with my OR Rise with the bar tuned. I could focus on
riding and jumping techniques with the kite performance a non-issue behaving as designed.

Are the bars setup that all lines are the same length when the trim is fully out???? I'm gonna check mine one evening this week. Can you stretch the
other lines to match if they are stretched or should you be looking to shorten the front ones again?????

Fasten the end of the 4 lines to a hard point, trip strap open or clamcleat fully released, bar pulled all the way in to the chickenloop.
On the flysurfer you can line up the A and Z knots to take the bridle leaders into consideration. Adjustment is made by making the black line above
the trimstrap shorter by redoing the bowline knot. I have not tried stretching the lines individually
Kami posted a Cabrina tutorial in the other thread. There is a tuning section in the Progression intermediate kitesurf DVD.
On the OR kites the kook proof leaders are counted as a part of the kite rather than the bar. Refer to kite product support for differences but most
have lines equal at the kite connection.

I think MOST kites are designed so that with the bar at the CL end of the depower line, the ends of the lines should erm line up ... the leader lines
may not though.
With the FSer bars you got the black line above the trim strap for adjustment ...
Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...
